The nanoscan profiler can typically measure down to 4µm without the use of magnifying lenses. The nanoscan is available with Silicium, Germanium and pyroelectric detectors.

FAR-FIELD BEAM PROFILER TO MEASURE DIVERGENT LIGHT SOURCES

The goniometric radiometry technology is the best for characterizing divergent light sources such as LED, Laser diodes, optical fiber waveguide and optical components. The LD8900 far-Field profiler series are available with either Silicon or InGaAs detectors, and provide 3D real-time measure in a minute or less.
